Availability Output (Excel)
The Availability Output feature gives users the ability to quickly export an XLSX file of all available product. There are multiple methods, depending upon whether the brand is on the New UX Dashboard or still on the Old UX Dashboard.

A new Inventory Report is available via the Manage menu:

"Export Availability" direct link from New Order popup:
(*Note: this feature is not offered for every brand/catalog.)
(New & Old UX Dashboard)
Within an existing ORDER, find and select "Export XLSX" from the top-right, click-down ORDER menu. In the popup, select "All Product Data" and "Full Catalog" to include all data.
The result is an immediately downloaded XLSX spreadsheet.
