Hello! In this video we’ll see how to reset your Elastic user profile’s password.

We’ve all been there..If you use Elastic on a daily basis and have multiple buying accounts on the platform, or maybe you only log in once a season but there it is..the dreaded “username or password is incorrect” 


Luckily we are here to help. First you will want to click the “Forgot username or password?” link below the login page and enter your associated email address in the given field. 


This will send you a link to that email from Password Helper for you to reset your password and log in. In some cases this may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well as your main inbox. 


If you receive a message “A user was not found for this e-mail address”, you may require further assistance. Simply click on the “Support” link and contact our Customer Success team for help. Be sure when messaging us that you include your account number or rep ID, business or rep name, and any other information we can use to find your account, just in the case that your email is not associated with your user profile. 


If you do not have a “Forgot username or password” link, chances are your brand partner manages user credentials internally and you will want to contact them directly.
