If provided by the brand, you can contact their support team directly through the Welcome menu. To access it, click your name in the upper right corner and select 'Support'. The first section will list ways to contact the brand directly. You can use this option to inquire about products, orders, warranties and deliveries.
The second section provides you support for the Elastic site. You can find helpful support articles and videos. In case you need more assistance, you can also open a ticket with our Customer Success Team. If you submit a ticket this way, your username, email and account number will automatically populate.
